This position reports into Process Engineering group under Manufacturing Sciences and Technologies, Combination Products Operations (CPO). This position will support the PLM and other documentation to support the Amgen Ohio (AOH) greenfield site’s ability to supply every patient every time!

This role will support the supporting documentation for the NPI transfers for all the FDP product portfolio to AOH. The position requires communication (written and verbal) skills, and the ability to work in teams and adapt to rapidly changing environment.

With guidance and training the candidate will be able to learn rapidly and deliver on:

  • Documentation for AOH technical transfers using Product Lifecycle Management (PLM)

  • Support the generation of protocols, specifications and associated GMP documentation

  • Work in teams as required to ensure documentation meets expectations

Basic Qualifications:

Master’s degree in Science, Engineering or related areas

Or

Bachelor’s degree and 2 years of technical operations or combination device assembly experience

Or

Associate’s degree and 6 years of technical operations or combination device assembly experience

Or

High school diploma / GED and 8 years of technical operations or combination device assembly experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • PLM experience

  • Tech transfer experience

  • Knowledge of combination product assembly equipment and applicable testing.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication together with the ability to work in a collaborative environment.

  • Track record of leading and performing dynamic projects.

  • Strong team work and excellent interpersonal communication.

  • Ability to work in a highly regulated and ever changing industry.

  • Ability to learn and rapidly adapt to new requirements in a fast paced environment.

  • An Operational Excellence approach to work product – driving rapid results.

  • A desire to deliver an excellent work product and develop others with an infective positive demeanor!

The annual base salary range for this opportunity in the U.S. is provided below.

$98,328 - $115,331
