Nature of Work:

Performs professional, administrative and technical work related to designing, building, implementing and maintaining the platforms used to manage End User Devices (EUD). These platforms are used to remotely manage all EUDs within the enterprise. This position is responsible for the maintenance of these essential systems which may include assessing performance, completing regular maintenance, diagnosing issues and repairing problems. The incumbent oversees and assists in the overall maintenance of the application data and database landscape by establishing best practices, communicating and implementing application data policies and procedures that drive improved efficiency, productivity, and security. This position works in a team environment, as well as autonomously, to resolve problems. Work is performed under general supervision of the Network Support Manager and is subject to periodic review and evaluation.

Minimum Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration or a related field required and one (1) year of technical IT experience, network management and system administration experience required, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Microsoft Active Directory (AD), storage area networks (SAN), server virtualization platforms, backup & restore solutions, Microsoft Server, Linux Server, and server patching experience desired.
