Perks and Benefits:
- $15 per hour.
- Locations in Southern Allegheny County and Washington County of PA.
- Part-time & full-time schedules.
- Typically daylight shifts during the week and 1 weekend day or every other weekend.
- Virtual/Online Interviews or Interview on-site at 416 Anthony Street, Carnegie, PA.
- No experience needed - receive paid training mostly online and from home.
- Sign on Bonus: $1,000 full time or $250 Part time.
- Unlimited $1,000.00 Referral bonuses for referring your friends (ask for details).

Employment-Based Direct Care Professional Responsibilities:
- Transport individuals to appointments and activities and job sites.
- Assist individuals in obtaining and maintaining community employment opportunities.
- Maintain detailed documentation of daily/Employment activities using an online system.
- Effectively communicate with other team members and/or family members.
- Assist individuals with job tasks to ensure skill retention.
- Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds.
- CNA’s or Caregiver background is a plus. Necessary certifications are provided by the Employer.
- Requirements: Must be 18 years or older and a valid driver's license is required.
