Position Summary:
The ERC Associate provides first point of contact for employees, and ensures employees receive the highest quality of service by recognizing individual needs, and by putting them first in the transactions. Accesses various media to respond to employee concerns, including telephony, hard copy, email and questions via AskHP system. Checks hard copy records for completeness and accuracy, scans and enters into HRIS. Triages requests and tracks all activity in case management system, routes and/or escalates issues appropriately. Work situations are varied and require an exceptional service-oriented individual, who has solid organization skills and high attention to detail. Relates well to all kinds of people.

Minimum Requirements:
Four (4) years service center support experience, or three (3) years experience in a Human Resources department
Experience with computer software applications and/or high volume call center
Health care environment experience preferred

Education/Licenses/Certifications:
Vocational business training or college course work or equivalent experience; AA degree preferred

This position will work remotely but primary residence cannot be located in the following states: California, Connecticut, Florida, Hawaii, Illinois, Louisiana, Maryland/Washington DC, Massachusetts, Missouri, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, and Vermont. As required by the Colorado and Nevada laws under the Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, MultiCare Health Systems provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in Colorado or Nevada. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location. For the states of Colorado and Nevada only, the range of starting pay for this role is $42,910 to $52,333 and information on benefits can be found on our website, www.multicare.org.
