Job description
The Employee Health and Wellness Assistant provides support to the employee health and wellness department that includes but is not limited to front and back office administrative responsibilities, wellness programming and customer service. This person must demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills and time management. The Employee Health and Wellness Assistant completes various tasks as assigned by department. This position is a hybrid role that is responsible for working closely in both the wellness and occupational health areas.Essential Responsibilities
Responsible for assisting with various administrative duties including front office management, maintaining and charting employee medical records, assisting with employee vitals and new hire onboarding as needed.
Assists with tracking attendance, participation, and performance data related to employee health and wellness programs and events.
Assists with the promotion of hospital wide employee health and wellness programs and events that help to reduce health risks and encourage healthy lifestyles for employees.
Assists with the Employee Health and Wellness Program’s design as needed.
Works in collaboration with Human Resources to ensure all components of the employee wellbeing experience are in alignment.
All other duties assigned by the department.
