Job Summary:
Provides clinical assessments, personal and professional coaching and consultation, and short term counseling services to employees, dependents, and company leadership for employers under contract with Preferred EAP.

Provides clinical assessments, personal and professional coaching and consultation, and short term counseling services to employees, dependents, and company leadership for employers under contract with Preferred EAP.
Education - Required:
- Master's Degree in psychology, counseling, nursing, and/or social work.
- 5 years of experience in a behavioral health setting and
- 3 years of experience in direct provision of mental health assessment and treatment services.
- 3 years of experience developing and conducting psychoeducational workshops and
- 3 years of experience working with individuals struggling with addiction.
- Ability to work with diverse populations and clinical concerns.
- Licensed Clinical Social Worker Upon Hire or
- Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist Upon Hire or
- Licensed Professional Counselor Upon Hire or
- Psychologist Upon Hire
Location: Lehigh Valley Health Network ยท Employee Assistance Program
Schedule: Part Time 20 hours, Day Shift, m-f 9:00-5:00
