The Role:
As the Eligibility Coordinator you will be responsible for guiding and supporting individuals through eligibility and enrollment processes for Medicaid-Funded Long-Term Community-Based Supports and Services (LTCSS) and will make referrals and connections to available community supported programs and manage and inform on data collected.:

You’re someone that has been called a real-life GPS. Your guiding nature makes you best suited for a role helping others navigate through tough canyons to make it to the other side unscathed. You have amazing attention to detail and always greet everyone with a smile.:
What we’re looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree, with at least two years’ experience in the human service industry
- Knowledge and experience with Medicaid and the eligibility process
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to utilize technology provided to perform requirements of the job
- Hold a valid driver’s license and proof of vehicle liability coverage.:
