Job description

Looking for an elementary teacher for the 2023-2024 school year. We are a small Montessori school that needs someone fun and energetic to bring a love of learning to the classroom. A teaching certificate is preferred, but not required. The teacher would be allowed to bring their own ideas and perspectives to the classroom, without the micromanagement of the state or administration. They just need to be willing to learn Montessori principles and practices while on the job and apply them. This is a great opportunity to get in on a project at the ground level and help to build the program. This coming school year we will have 5 students ranging from
Kindergarten to 2nd grade. We are hoping to build that to 15 students, but that will be the largest class size. The teacher also needs to be able to work as a team member with the early childhood teachers and communicate well with the parents. Pay: $30,057.00 per year
