We are looking for someone with some sales experience, as this is a sales and marketing position with a compassion for helping solve people's problems. Networking is a main part of the job, as is making connections with resources in the industry. You will also work with families to assist them in locating the appropriate senior living community for their loved ones. You will call families, learn about their need for senior living, and guide them to the best suited communities. 50/50 working with families to secure placement into partner communities, and establishing referral relationships with community providers. Follow up is key, external events, tours and visits with contracted communities, maintaining a lead database, maintaining good relationships with partner communities. Good computer skills a must, access to a computer necessary, experience and proficiency in database management. Opportunities for growth. Sales background is a benefit, and customer service is key.

Pay: $35,000.00 - $106,656.17 per year
