J. Edward Staffing is looking for a dedicated Endocardiographer to join a large healthcare organization in Willimantic, CT

Pay: $60.00- $65.00 an hour based on experience

Shift: 7:45am-4:15pm or 12:00pm-8:00pm

POSITION SUMMARY

Performs technical procedures associated with the application of cardiac ultrasound for the diagnosis of disease or injury. Provides patient services, neonatal through geriatric, using imaging modalities in an efficient professional manner and with sensitivity to patient needs. Accurately documents, files and maintains patient record. May also perform other various duties pertaining to the Department of Cardiology.

Qualifications

EXPERIENCE: One year of formal training in Echocardiography or 3 to 5 years experience in performing ECHO's

LICENSURE / CERTIFICATION: Must maintain registration (RDCS) with the American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers or provide proof of eligibility to become registered.

QUALIFICATIONS: Must be a graduate of a 1 year Allied Health training program, in Echocardiography, accredited by the Committee on Allied Health Education.
