Position Summary:
As the ADR Operator, you will provide daily maintenance, greasing, and adjustments on cutter wheels, lights, conveyor belts, and finger adjustments for all Automatic Defect Removal (ADR) and grading equipment. Assists with operation of spiral deck depending on product cut.
Key Responsibilities:
1.
Collects samples and performs quality checks on a regular basis.
2.
Assists electronic technician on repairs as required.
3.
Provides daily and downtime sanitation for all ADR and grading equipment.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required
- Have knowledge of or be capable of learning touch screen computer systems and Infinity Database software.
- Language and mathematical skills.
Physical Demand:
Constant: Stand, use hands to finger, handle, or feel and reach with hands and arms.
Frequently:. Walk; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl and talk or hear. Regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally up to 100 pounds.
Occasionally: Sit, climb or balance, taste and smell.
