POSITION SUMMARY

The E-Business Specialist is responsible for coordinating all e-commerce activities to drive awareness, new customer acquisition, engagement, and revenue for Hadrian. This digitally savvy sales professional will assist in the leading of day-to-day execution of the e-commerce business. Working closely with Regional Sales Managers, IT, Marketing, Sales Agents, and Distributors/End-Users in the field to manage the growth of e-business solutions. As the Latin America Channel Manager, this role is responsible for driving sales revenue and support of Hadrian sales agent and distributors. This is done through developing a strategic plan.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Promote e-business solutions to current distribution base and convert users from traditional to online ordering.
  • Identify accounts that could integrate an online solution into their model and provide consultation on the advantages and implementation.
  • Provide training to distribution base on the new e-business solution and act as product champion to support the sales team in the field.
  • Project manages customer integration projects with IT, ensuring that priorities are in line with e-business strategy.
  • Implement Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) to all ecom accounts.
  • Gather feedback and best practices from customers/end-users and external sources, communicate these findings internally and provide solutions to enhance our systems.
  • Build strong relationships with distributors and sales agents in Latin America and execute strategic terrirtory plan.
  • Special projects to enhance our customer experience and ease of doing business.

  • Ability to travel 50%+ (US/Canada).

  • Ability to identify targets, promote an e-business solution and train customers/end-users.
  • Drive e-business sales to meet/exceed annual targets.
  • Brand advocate who drives enthusiasm, momentum, and collaboration around a shared vision for the e-commerce channel.
  • Detail orientated with excellent organization, communication (Written/Verbal) and interpersonal skills.
  • Business development, project management and sales support experience.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

  • Degree in Business, Marketing, IT or another related field.
  • 3-5 years of sales experience, ideally in a technical/construction sales role.
  • Knowledge of IT systems integration is considered an asset.
  • Ability to work efficiently and accurately while working on multiple deadlines.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Hadrian Project Center experience an asset.
  • International Business experience preferred.
