Team Member

Team Members are generally responsible for delivering great and friendly guest experiences. They prepare products according to operational and quality standards and serve them with enthusiasm in a clean, fast paced environment. They work as part of a team to meet guests needs and give them a reason to come back.

Manager

Summary

The Manager is responsible for ensuring that, first and foremost, the overall operation of the restaurant adheres to Dunkin Brands and Company standards. Furthermore, the Restaurant Manager is expected to build profitable top line sales by developing a team which delivers a great guest experience through operational excellence. The ultimate test of his/her success is the quality of leaders he/she is able to produce through his/her internal development system.

The Restaurant Manager Is generally responsible for providing strong, positive leadership to his/her team to deliver great and friendly guest experiences, operational excellence and for helping to build profitable top line sales. They are typically responsible for the overall operation of the restaurant according to Dunkin'® standards, franchisee standards and In compliance with all applicable laws.

Assistant Restaurant Managers generally support a Restaurant Manager In their efforts to develop a team of dedicated people delivering great and friendly guest experiences and profitable top line sales. They typically assist In the development of crew and Shift Leaders and fulfill accountabilities assigned by the Restaurant Manager.

Shift Leaders are generally responsible for coaching Crew Members throughout their shift to execute operational Brand standards and deliver a great and friendly guest experience. They typically set goals, provide job assignments, and motivate others.
