Job description
This full-time position requires the candidate to have supportive background in the drywall and painting field. A basic working knowledge of building repairs, including carpentry. Job responsibilities include preparing vacant apartments for move-in and property improvements as well as occupied repairs and replacements.
Organizational skills, customer service skills and a positive attitude in the fast-paced environment is required. A valid Driver’s License is required with access to a vehicle for travel to properties. Availability for on-call snow removal duties. Must live within 20 minutes of Property. Must have basic computer literacy for use of the Yardi Maintenance App. Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus.

Pay: $17.00 - $21.00 per hour

- Construction: 1 year (Preferred)
