We are a Non-Emergency Medical Transportation company (NEMT) located in different

counties of Florida State – Our excellent team of drivers provide a daily, safe and comfortable

service dedicated to transporting members who attend to their medical appointments: taking

them from their houses to their appointments and vice versa.

We are looking for drivers throughout Florida who want to join our work team.

The requirements to apply are listed below:
1. 4 Door SEDAN vehicle.

2. Florida Driver License.

3. Commercial Full Cover Insurance.

4. Florida Vehicle Registration..

5. Clean Motor Vehicle Record and Background Check.

6. Certification in CPR and First Aid, Defensive Driving and Passenger Assistance. (The

respective courses are the responsibility of the driver and must be sent during the application

process)

7. Drug Test with NEGATIVE results.

8. Medical Screening Certification approved (DOT)

NOTE: The company will assume the cost of the following necessary documents: Background

Check, Motor Vehicle Record, Drug Test and Medical Screening Certification (DOT).

Which are our payment methods?

Payment is made per mile traveled, please check the details below:

Trips from 0 – 3 miles = $8

Trips from 4 – 7 miles = $10

Trips from 8 – 10 miles = $12

Trips of 11 miles and over: $1.10 per mile.

Position type: Full time.

Salary: $900.00 - $1,400.00 per week.

Considerations before COVID-19:
Mandatory use of mask, regular vehicle disinfection and social distancing with members.

obtener durante el proceso de aplicación).

7. 10 Panel Drug Test NEGATIVO.

8. Certificado de Examen Médico Aprobado (DOT).

NOTA: Durante el proceso de aplicación la empresa proveerá al chofer los siguientes

documentos: Background Check, motor Vehicle Record, Drug Test y Medical Screening

Certification (DOT).

¿Cuáles son nuestros métodos de pago?

El pago se realiza por milla recorrida, de la siguiente manera:

Viajes de 0 – 3 millas = 8$

Viajes de 4 – 7 millas =10$

Viajes de 8 – 10 millas = 12$

Viajes de 11 millas en adelante: 1.10$ por milla.
