Non CDL Delivery Driver Program
What can I expect:
- Delivering product to our restaurant customers
- Driving a non-commercial vehicle locally
- Assisting a Class A Driver on routes regionally
- Studying to obtain your temporary permit
- Attend school to obtain your Class A License
- Gaining knowledge of our product and routes
- Fast pace environment
- Making numerous deliveries throughout the day
Job Requirements:
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED.
- 20 years or older.
- Ability to pass a driving and criminal background, DOT physical and drug test.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record – No OVI’s.
- Physical ability to lift 35lbs on average on a consistent basis, bend, twist and climb.
- Ability to obtain Class A within 3 months of hire.
Compensation:
- As a Non CDL Driver you will earn $200 per day.
- After you obtain your Class A and are certified by our Driver Auditor, pay will then increase to $300 per day for 1 Day routes and $350 per day for 2 Day routes
- Annual Safety Bonus – $1,500
