DOMTAR GATE

1. Security will direct traffic.

2. Security will inquire from the visitor what the purpose of visitor is.

3. Security will direct visitor and sign them in ensure they have proper PPE (Personal Protection Equipment).

4. Security will sign or scan visitor in.

5 . Security will make sure contractors Safety Training is up to date and in compliance.

6. Security must be able to read driver's paperwork.

7. Security must be able to read company map and give accurate directions.

8 . Security will determine if trucks are hauling Hard/Pine Pulpwood.

9 . Security will train drivers to weigh in and out correctly in the unmanned booth.

10. Security will weigh trucks in and out.

11. Security will call the Rover for escort on Chemical Trucks.

12 . Security will do visual inspections of all vehicles.

13 . Security will make sure trucks never leave over-weight.

14. Security must have basic knowledge of computers.

15. Security will compare trailer number/s to Bill of Laden and Ship Load.

16. Security will maintain and ensure that all computers, printers, etc. are working properly. Troubleshoot as needed.

17. Security will properly document anything that happens.

18. Security will write Incident Reports and documentincidents as needed.

19. Security will separate Tickets by commodity.

20. Security must report any smells, safety issues, etc.

21. Security will document any Keys taken or returned to the Key Box.

22. Security will make sure all PPE (Personal Protection Equipment) is clean and in working condition.

23. Security will keep a log for Company Grill.

24. Security will clean in and around the Scale House.

25. Security will enforce all Rules and Policies of DOMTAR, IMERYS, MDF and Quercus.

26. Security will send all Deliveries, Flatbeds and Chemical Trucks to MDF and notify them.

27. Security will handwrite Tickets if the computers are down.

28. Security will perform Switchboard Duty from 4pm until 7am Monday thru Thursday and 4pm on Friday until 7am on Monday..

29. Security will document and keep time if ERT or emergency occurs.

30. Security will report to the Site Supervisor anything out of the normal.

31. Security will conduct inspections according to Appendix A.
