Responsibilities:
  • Act as a Document Control Manager, who is responsible for the processing and management of collateral documents through both internal and external programs.
  • Maintain the flow of both electronic and hard-copied controlled documents, department files, and resource materials.
  • Upgrading and/or establishing document control systems or processes that will enable documents and records to either be put into action, to be logged, tracked, or otherwise maintained in a compliant fashion.
  • Coordinating document transfers between external subcontractors, service providers, and government programs.
  • Preparing reports regarding quality management processes and/or issues.
  • Maintain external documents (standards) to ensure the company complies with all applicable standards and regulations.
  • Perform inspection functions of collateral material and handling procedures.
  • Performs the daily administrative tasks in support of the site security department.
Qualifications:
  • BS and 5-7 years of experience; MS and 3-5 years of experience; or PhD and 0-2 years of experience. Equivalent military or technical school may be substituted.
  • Must have excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
  • Specifically related work experience in personnel or administrative security fields, complemented by formal training such as successful completion of supporting Industrial Security Management Courses.
  • Must be knowledgeable with the rules and regulations of the National Industrial Security Operating Manual (NISPOM) pertaining to all aspects of Personnel, Physical, and Administrative Security.
  • Must have working knowledge of site-specific procedures and security requirements.
  • The position requires a high degree of accuracy pertaining to all aspects of Document Control and Physical Security.
  • It also requires familiarity with Classification Management, Communication Security (COMSEC), Program Security, and Intelligence Community Directives (ICDs).
  • Must have a Top-Secret security clearance, or the ability to obtain and maintain one.
