The Document Control Manager will be responsible for


Key Duties and Responsibilities


  • Instill Safety as a top priority.
  • Support a team consisting of Project Managers, Project Engineers, Superintendents, Forepersons, and other project staff.
  • Perform document control for the project.
  • Update and Maintain project logs.
  • Support with contract administration.
  • Managing time cards, invoices, and other time sensitive data.
  • Procurement of materials.
  • Maintaining electronic and physical plan and specification conformed documents.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Experience, Education & Skills

  • Must have a positive attitude and possess excellent motivational skills.
  • Time management, multitasking, and prioritization are crucial.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Good attention to detail with the ability to recognize discrepancies.
  • Competent in SharePoint
  • Competent in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
  • Preferred office experience in the construction industry.

Working Conditions


  • Travel – This project is located in Duluth, MN. Subsequent projects will be nationally based.
  • Construction Site Environment – physical ability to stand, walk, crawl, bend, reach and climb. Exposed to high noise levels.
  • Office Environment – extensive sitting at desk and computer; some standing, bending at the waist, stooping and reaching required; ability to lift 5-20 pounds occasionally.
