Wolter, Inc., a leader in the material handling industry, is seeking skilled Dock & Door Technicians to service our customers! Based out of our Fairfield, Ohio location, Technicians are needed to service our customers in the Cincinnati area.

We are currently offering a $1,000 signing bonus for qualified Field Technicians!

Dock & Door Technicians are responsible for traveling to our customers' facilities to repair, maintain, and facilitate installation and service of loading dock equipment and industrial doors and conduct on-site electrical, mechanical, structural and electrical troubleshooting to determine cause for equipment malfunction. Technicians act as a technical resource for our company and customer. This position works independently in small teams in a field service environment. Technicians are dispatched to service customers closest to the area in which they live. Technicians are provided with a company service van, tablet, credit card, and cell phone. We have internal support staff to assist, as well as free in-house technical training and in the field technical support!

A qualified candidate must have very good mechanical repair and electrical troubleshooting skills. Requires a strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical problems. Must be able to frequently lift up to 25 pounds, occasionally up to 75 pounds, and in excess of 75 pounds on a very occasional basis. Must have a valid driver's license with a good driving record, your own tools necessary to perform repairs, computer proficiency and laptop fundamentals, strong customer service skills, and must be dependable. Trade school or secondary education a huge plus.
