Division Support Technician
Job description
Reporting to the Dean, the Division Support Technician provides a variety of administrative and programmatic support to the School of Humanities and Social Sciences (HSS) on the Parham Road Campus. The duties of this position will include, but are not limited to; providing direct support to the Dean, Associate Dean, teaching faculty, and staff; performs routine changes in SIS related to staffing; assisting with the compliance to college requirements for all adjunct faculty hires for accurate submission to the Office of Human Resources; provide direct support to the Teacher Education efforts within HSS; and, other administrative duties to ensure the efficient operation of the office. This position will provide exceptional customer service at all times to a diverse population of students, faculty, staff, and other college customers.
May be required to perform other duties as assigned. May be required to assist the agency or state government generally in the event of an emergency declaration by the Governor.
