Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Advisor

We are a family-run, privately held business seeking a diversity, equity, and inclusion advisor. This is a remote position; however, applicants must be based in Florida.

Education and Experience Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, organizational change, social work, business administration, sociology, psychology, policy, law, or closely related field. Master’s degree preferred.
• 6 years of professional experience, including proven experience in helping organizations bring about cultural and behavioral change.
• Preferred- experience as Chief Diversity Officer or equivalent role, certifications or formal education and training on diversity and inclusion
• Thorough knowledge of and investment in DEI principles and practices.

Responsibilities

• Designs, facilitates, and implements DEI initiatives and in-person and/or virtual training programs.
• Collaborates with the Office’s recruiter around recruitment of talented candidates from diverse backgrounds
• Determines DEI goals and metrics
• Develops regular reports as to the activities of the DEI committee and other ad-hoc reports on DEI initiatives, recommendations, and research.
• Performs other related duties as assigned

All responsibilities for this role can be carried out remotely. Qualified applicants must be located in Florida.

Job Types: Part-time, Contract

Pay: $40,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
