District Supervisor
Job description
We are looking for an experienced multi-unit retail District Supervisor. The District Supervisor will be in charge of enforcing company policies, and will be responsible for meeting with store staff and managers to discuss/direct store operations. The ideal candidate has extensive knowledge of CUSTOMER SERVICE, retail operations, scheduling, loss prevention, and is a strong leader who has excellent communication skills, creativity and the ability to work under pressure.
Responsibilities:
- Manage local operations.
- Solve problems.
- Analyze numbers.
- Work directly with the public.
- Be a leader and mentor to store managers.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
