Account Manager, Distributor Network

$82,000 + Bonus - Lincolnshire

Account Manager Responsibilities:

• Conduct on-site dealer/distributor visits across the US to solidify partnerships, provide training, onboarding and to assess strategic areas for improvement
• Responsible for new dealer/distributor onboarding process and ongoing account maintenance
• Train distributor/dealer development team members on company development strategy
• Support distributor/dealer development plan to ensure successful completion of KPIs
• Conduct annual alignment visits with Distributors Dealer Development Team Member
• Report and correct inaccuracies in the master dealer/distributor list
• Ensure all documentation and process follow ISO-9001 standards
• Identify new partner opportunities and rewards for current partners
• Follow all travel, expense, and policy requirements

Account Manager Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in general Business, Marketing, or Technology
• 2+ years’ experience in sales, account management, etc.
• Ability to travel 75% of the time
• Strong problem-solving and time management skills
• Excellent communication and relationship building ability

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 - $82,000.00 per year
