Qualifications

· Excellent customer service skills and a positive attitude

· Experience in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new software

· 1+ years dispatching

· Outstanding organizational and multitasking abilities

· Exceptional communication skills

· Desire to succeed and be dependable

· High school diploma

Responsibilities

· Answer phones and address customer questions and concerns

· Scheduling technicians for service calls, maintenance, and installation

· Prioritizing calls according to urgency and importance

· Forecast work load 2-3 days out

· Routing technicians in an efficient manor

· Updating and adding data into software as received

· Assisting technicians with data entering, scheduling, and ordering parts

· Tracking previous service calls to ensure completion and are invoiced correctly

· Performing customer care calls
