Now hiring an HVAC or high volumes trades experienced Dispatcher. This dispatch position earns a competitive wage of $18 - $24/hour, depending on experience.

Daily job duties may include:

· The dispatcher is the 'air traffic controller' for the plumbing team in the field.

· The dispatcher is the daily job schedule custodian and has to be able to quickly respond to job needs to insure our customers get the services they need.

· Clear and concise communications with service/field managers, field plumbing technicians & installers and, of course, our customers.

· The ability to maintain composure when competing priorities can affect most others. The dispatcher is the rock the team depends on.

· Outbound Calls and Follow Ups are also a big part of the job when needed.

Required Qualifications:

· Customer Service Skills.

· Ability to multi-task, Organizational Skills.

· Computer skills a must as you will be using ServiceTitan (CRM and scheduling tools), GPS/Mapping software and basic MS Office programs.

· At least One to Two years related experience in customer service, dispatching or equivalent combination of experience.

· Must be able to work Monday through Friday work schedule.
