As a Dispatch Supervisor, you’ll be responsible for overseeing a team of Service Coordinators to ensure day to day operations run smoothly. You will thrive in a fast paced environment, be able to multitask and stay informed while analyzing and providing input to optimize driving routes. You’ll be able to proactively assess potential outcomes to aid in decision making and supervise all channels of communication to guarantee they are efficient and effective.

Work Location: Camarillo, CA (In-person)

Pay: $49,000 - $54,000

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years experience in Customer Service
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Ability to work in the office full time
  • Experience in the Water Heater / Plumbing Industry is preferred but we will hire the right person without experience
  • Completion of Skills Tests within 24 hours of submitting application (Call Center Customer Service & Typing)

Responsibilities:

  • Stay informed of individual and overall company performance using our reporting software.
  • Conduct Daily Team Meetings to ensure cohesiveness amongst the team.
  • Direct and support Team Members throughout the day by providing guidance/solutions to different situations that come up.
  • Set an example for team members of commitment, excellent customer service, work ethics, habits, and personal character.
  • Ongoing development and utilization of Company training resources.
  • Stay tuned in to the Dispatch Board/Schedule to optimize each day.
  • Engage in the development, coaching and general support of all Team Members to ensure targets are met.
  • Manage the Permit Department including but not limited to taking all inbound permit related calls, processing permits, and ensuring that each step is followed properly until the permit process is completed.
  • Conduct department performance evaluations on a quarterly basis.
  • Assist in the development and preparation of the strategy and general business planning of the Company as a whole.

  • It’s 10:00 AM, we have a technician out in the field at a job and he just sold a water heater replacement that will take him approximately 3 - 4 hours to complete. His next scheduled appointment has a 12:00 PM - 2:00 PM arrival window. He also still has to take a 30 minute lunch.
