Position Description:
The Dishwasher is responsible for ensuring all restaurant equipment, utensils and kitchen work areas are kept in a clean and orderly condition. The position requires the individual to take direction from the Unit Manager/Chef to accomplish designated tasks to ensure safety and health standards are being followed specific to the state.

Job Duties:

• Uses various techniques in accordance with state health code to clean and sanitize all dining and cooking wares
• Interacts daily with students/clients providing excellent customer service
• Washes and sanitizes work tables, walls, refrigerators, and cutting boards
• Refills detergents and sanitizer solutions in dishwashing machine when needed
• Maintains cleanliness and basic maintenance of kitchen spaces and equipment
• Assists in putting away food order according to health code regulations

Skills/Experience:
