About us
Peculiar Kitchen is an independent restaurant located in Downtown Scranton. We operate a casual sit down restaurant that includes a full bar and open kitchen. We are currently open Wednesday through Saturday from 5-9pm. For additional information about us, visit www.thepeculiarkitchen.com.
We are seeking a part-time dishwasher to work a minimum of 2 shifts per week. Responsibilities include:
- Operating dish machine and ensuring proper chemical levels and water temperature during sanitary wash cycle.
- Washing pots & pans, dishes, glassware, flatware, and all other items.
- Put away all items in their proper place.
- Keep work area clean, take out trash, sweep, mop and ensure work area is clean and tidy.
- Any other duties as needed.
