Job description
Providing an exceptional Guest experience by ensuring that prep, cooking and serving utensils are cleaned to health code standards is the primary duty of the DMO. Assisting in prep during off-peak business periods, and following health code guidelines for receiving, rotating and storing products are also important aspects of the job. This is all accomplished with a smile and a sense of helping other Team Members in a personable, positive manner.
Requirements:SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES
Sets up the dish machine area to schematics.
Checks levels of supplies, chemicals and cleaning supplies and stocks for the shift as needed.
Changes water and cleans filter in adherence to schedule.
May assist in receiving orders, rotating and storing product as received.
Assists in prep per specification and daily prep plans.
Adheres to closing procedures.
EDUCATION
High School Diploma (or GED or High School Equivalent Certificate)
MISCELLANEOUS DUTIES
Prepares all prep recipes per specification and daily prep plans as needed.
Restocks the service areas with service ware during off-peak periods.
Maintains dish machine area cleanliness and organization.
Completes weekly cleaning projects.
Adheres to health code standards.
Receives orders as needed.
