Overview

The dishwasher operates washes and sanitizes all tableware, serving materials, cooking equipment and small wares.

Responsibilities

• Operates dish machine and three compartment washing sink.
• Removes all trash and maintains loading and receiving areas in safe and clean condition.
• Restocks plates, glasses, pots, utensils and pans after cleaning.
• Must maintain excellent attendance and be available to work events and varied schedules per business need.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Self-starter
• Multi-tasker
• Needs minimum supervision
• Communicates well with team members, management, guests and others.
• Ability to work well in a team-oriented, fast-paced, event-driven environment.
• All employees must obtain a valid gaming license from the State Gaming Agency and Tribal Gaming Office prior to beginning work and are required to have license as required.
