We are a 24/7 disaster restoration company, with a reputation of caring for our customers, quick response, and quality service. We have been in business since 1982 and are an industry leader in water, smoke, fire restoration and mold remediation to both homes and commercial properties.
We are seeking new team members who are driven by a sense of service as a Disaster Restoration Technician. This is a great opportunity to grow with us! We offer benefits, training, bonus/incentive programs and career advancement. There are opportunities weekly for additional bonus income above and beyond base pay.
Common duties include: Removing wet/damaged building materials, extracting water from flooded buildings, carpet cleaning, contents cleaning, mold remediation and fire damage cleanup and restoration. Participating in rotating on call schedule - Some evening and weekend on-call hours are necessary as we are a 24/7 disaster response company.
Minimum Requirements:
- Excellent interpersonal/communication and customer service skills
- Maintains professional appearance and demeanor at all times
- Works well with others in a team environment
- Must pass criminal background check
- Must pass pre-employment drug screening
- Must have a valid driver’s license
- Must speak, read and understand English
- Technician must be able to lift 75 pounds
