EquipmentShare is Hiring a Director of Real Estate Acquisitions & Dispositions

EquipmentShare is searching for a Director of Real Estate Acquisitions & Dispositions to join our Real Estate & Construction team in Chattanooga as it continues to grow.

EquipmentShare is seeking a Director of Real Estate Acquisitions & Dispositions to be responsible for leading the acquisitions and dispositions process from start to finish for all EquipmentShare market locations across the country.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Direct the Acquisitions and Dispositions process from start to finish for EquipmentShare market locations with heavy involvement in the daily workings of our finance, accounting, and operations teams
  • Lead a team of project and transaction managers; ensure a smooth acquisition or disposition process
  • Manage communication with vendors, third party services, and various other EquipmentShare departments to relay pertinent information
  • Manage a variety of projects, such as reports, budgets, presentations and more
  • When necessary, prepare expense reports and other timely reporting
  • Serve as an advocate and a representative of the EquipmentShare brand
  • Manage deadlines on multiple projects and hold others accountable to deliver on expectations
  • Manage acquisitions, dispositions and facilities management within a specific region of responsibility
  • Manage a team of Regional Real Estate Managers

  • Experience in providing operations and administrative support
  • The personality to thrive in a fast-paced business environment with a busy schedule
  • Organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple projects with competing priorities
  • Self-motivated and able to complete work on deadline
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to speak on behalf of executive leadership
  • Strong attention to detail, and comfort adhering to company policies and standards
  • Extensive experience creating and managing leases
  • Exhibit strong leadership and problem solving skills
  • Well-versed in general ledger practices and principles
  • Demonstrated market and product knowledge
  • Sound business acumen and attention to details
