Essential Functions as the Director of Outpatient Services:

• Direct and oversee program operations in two locations; Turkwila and Bellevue. This oversight will including budget management, developing marketing and strategic plans and independent decision making for program requiring clinical expertise.
• Develop, plan and implement program goals, objectives, personnel, resources and equipment.
• Provide direction and oversight to staff members.
• Serve as a member of the facility leadership team.
• Provide clinical consultation, oversight of case planning and care coordination.
• Responsible for a limited caseload as needed

Your Skills and Qualifications as the Director of Outpatient Services:

• Master's degree in Behavioral or Mental Health or closely related field required.
• Four or more years’ experience working with the population of the facility required.
• Two or more years of previous supervisory experience required.

Licenses/Certifications:

• MHC or LICSW required
• Valid driver's license, if required by the facility.
• CPR and de-escalation/restraint certification required (training available upon hire and offered by facility).
• First aid may be required based on state or facility.

Compensation:

Compensation for roles at Cascade Behavioral Health varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the specific location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Cascade Behavioral Health provides a reasonable hourly range of compensation for roles that may be hired in Washington as set forth below.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $115,897.60 - $173,846.40 per year

• Master's (Required)

Experience:

• Behavioral health or psychiatric: 4 years (Preferred)
• supervisory: 2 years (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• LPC (Preferred)
• LCSW (Preferred)
