What will you do?

• Partner with the Chief Growth Officer to implement the Network and Brokerage mission, vision and values
• Lead the Brokerage operations including overseeing all aspects of the office and the daily accountability of the Executive Leadership Team
• Organize, maintain and provide oversight of office systems including financials, tracking, reporting and data with a focus on efficiency and accuracy. Utilization of G-Suites is essential.
• Support the Growth team in driving Brokerage growth through increasing agent count, market share and profitability including overseeing marketing, communication and tracking systems
• Exhibit exceptional communication and customer care to facilitate an experiential client experience.
• Embrace Keller Williams and Xperience Brokerage Network training, technology and value programs including, learning them, implementing them and teaching them
• Be the Steward of Brokerage profitability
• Facilitate and oversee onboarding processes, training calendars and event opportunities

Knowledge/Skill

• Extraordinary people skills
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Great at time management and organization
• Foundational accounting skills
• Proficiency in G-Suite and Microsoft Office
• Proficiency in marketing including but not limited to; Social Media (facebook, instagram), Canva etc.
• Comfortability with and desire to learn new technologies and teach others
• Proactive, positive, solution based, results focused attitude

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $35,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year
