BET Investments, Inc. develops, leases and manages shopping centers, apartments, student housing, office buildings and mixed-use projects throughout the United States. As the Director of Marking based in Dresher, PA you will be responsible for representing our apartment communities throughout the country. This means shaping and executing the company’s voice, narrative, and communications across all mediums. This includes but is not limited to: designing direct mailers, floors plans, prospect folders, property specific information cards, property photos, 3D online tours, site maps, website management and all social media campaigns.

The ideal candidate must first have the technical acumen to not only create successful marketing strategies but to also design our marketing ads. We want the narrative that comes through to be that from the lens of a true creative marketer who understands storytelling, how to tell a compelling brand story that converts prospects to our highly sought out luxury rental market.

Essential duties and Responsibilities:

  • Increase occupancy in residential/ commercial properties by creating and managing a wide variety of engaging online and print campaigns which encourage prospective residents to want to live/ work at our properties.
  • Implement and monitor marketing reports and make necessary changes to marketing strategy to insure optimum results. Support lead generation efforts.
  • Analyze and present marketing plans and results to the executive and senior leadership team.
  • Collaborate with leasing and corporate team members from both residential and commercial departments regarding marketing initiatives.
  • Develop strong marketing campaigns for properties entering into the brand-new lease up market.
  • Manage social media presence and identify areas to improve engagement and monitor metrics that improve traffic to these sites. Develop brand awareness for several BET Investments, Inc properties.
  • Oversight of all signage, website performance, SEO campaigns, brand awareness and positioning.
  • Manage the design process for residential move-in kits, leasing office promotional products, sweatshirt/t-shirt design and vehicle decals and wraps.
  • Visit BET properties and shop competitive properties to analyze marketability of apartments, rental rates, floorplans, signage, advertising, and curb appeal.
  • Oversees the development and maintenance of 3D online tours, obtaining quality photos for website, intranet, fliers and promotional ads.
  • Manage various internal marketing and design initiatives: residential engagement surveys, update property plans, BET staff apparel, welcome mats for individual properties, etc.

Required Skills:

  • A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Real Estate, or a related field or the equivalent combination of education/experience required.
  • Minimum 3-5 years previous experience in property management position; prior apartment leasing is strongly preferred.
  • Must demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, ability to work with large groups as well as one-on-one.
  • A problem solver who recommends solutions to hurdles.
  • Ability to travel to residential and commercial properties.
  • RealPage & MRI experience is a plus.
  • Adobe Creative Suite/ Photoshop and Illustrator

Pay: $85,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
