The Director of Lodge Housekeeping is responsible for managing all aspects of the Core housekeeping department. S/he oversees the department to ensure overall product quality, safety and financial responsibility. The Director of Lodge Housekeeping will motivate and train staff to provide the most exceptional guest service as well as maintain the AAA Four Diamond standards.
The Director of Lodge Housekeeping will always conduct him/herself in manner which supports the guiding principles of Sunriver Resort: Trust, Commitment, and Open & Honest Communication.
The Director of Lodge Housekeeping shall strive to provide exceptional service to both internal and external guests at all times. S/he will be responsible for exemplifying the Sunriver Resort Culture as well as promoting Sunriver Resort as both the Destination and Employer of Choice!
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- A two or four year degree from accredited college or university preferred
- At least three years housekeeping experience required
- At least one year in similar position preferred
- Prior Four or Five diamond experience preferred
- Must have a valid driver’s license and meet company driving standards
