I work with an assisted living and memory care facility in
Bozeman MT, and we are looking for a
Director of Health Services (RN) to join our team
full-time!
We are a vibrant 81-bed assisted living and memory care facility that is styled like a modern lodge. We offer a variety of amenities and activities that help create lasting memories for our residents and their families.
Your responsibilities would be to assure health services issues of residents, as well as other service issues of residents that potentially impact upon health, are effectively addressed, teach, and encourage our health services staff to perform health service responsibilities effectively and graciously, perform certain duties related to employee health and safety.
Qualifications:
- Must be a licensed RN in the state of Montana.
- Senior Housing Experience is Preferred but not required.
- Desire to put residents first.
- Multitasking in a fast-paced environment
- Organized and effective in keeping track of multiple deadlines.
- Good judgment and professional maturity
- Ability to lead in an industry of constant change.
- Strong computer skills
- Successful employee management experience

Schedule: 8-hour shift, Monday to Friday, and no weekends or night on-call!
