This position will lead the Operational Finance team, providing Operations leadership within the business with valuable financial performance data, reporting, tools, and systems. This role is highly collaborative and will partner closely with field leadership. The ideal candidate is someone who shines when working cross-functionally to solve complex business problems, is highly inquisitive, and analytical by nature.

Essential Functions

• Lead Operational Finance team in delivering accurate, timely, and actionable financial performance reporting to Operations Leadership teams.
• Analyze current and past trends in key performance indicators including all areas of revenue and expense.
• Analyze complex financial information and provide accurate and timely recommendations to leadership.
• Create financial models, including forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning.
• Develop key highlights/KPIs to drive business performance and track growth initiatives.
• Determine the appropriate processes, methodologies, variables, and modeling techniques to develop and deliver forecasts.
• Refine data systems and tools to track performance, provide reporting solutions and enhance operational insights.
• Assist in projects in support of strategy and business development initiatives.
• Lead company-wide annual and monthly forecasting processes, including the development of budgets and financial targets.
• Support colleagues on financial issues impacting their areas of accountability and help build/enhance reporting to provide insights and analysis for key stakeholders.

Competencies & Skills

• 7+ years of progressive finance experience and demonstrated growth.
• Degree in Finance or Accounting and an MBA, CFA, and/or CPA preferred
• Experience with Workday Adaptive Planning a plus
• Experience with a fast-growing company with scale
• Public company quarterly close and reporting cadence experience
• Proven success serving as a change agent in a high-growth and scale environment.
• Superior analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on attention to detail while delivering against tight deadlines.
• Highly responsible, with the ability to prioritize and multitask.
• Highest ethical standards, integrity, authenticity, credibility, and character
• Excellent communicator, both written and verbal.
• Strong track record of maintaining relationships and communicating with a wide range of partners.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $120,000.00 - $135,000.00 per year
