Job Description


Opportunity at a Glance
This person will be responsible for driving operational and team coordination across all Global Communications functions and will serve as a key business partner to the CCO and Global Communications senior leadership team to plan, drive and direct all strategic operational activities. The Director, Communications Operations will organize and prioritize critical and key day-to-day issues and requests for and from the CCO to facilitate decision making and move tasks forward as well as a master Global Communications planning calendar and priority list. Additionally, he or she will prepare the CCO for priority meetings, coordinating across team and company to develop materials, including agendas, talking points and presentations.

Responsibilities

  • Effectively scope projects, define deliverables, and identify tasks necessary to deliver projects in line with requestor expectations
  • Ensure that projects are in alignment with defined enterprise objectives and deliverables adhere to standards and compliance guidelines
  • Drive optimization of workflows and processes within our Global Communications organization
  • Provide project management oversight for all ongoing departmental projects via a project management tracking system and expand adoption across the team
  • Continually revise and streamline production processes in order to increase efficiencies
  • Assist in operationalizing webinars and other events
  • Performs other duties as assigned
  • Complies with all policies and standards

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing or Communications Required
  • Master's Degree Preferred
  • 8 years Marketing experience including experience managing an internal agency.
  • Demonstrated leadership qualities-experience overseeing a team that manages a high volume of projects simultaneously while readily adapting to changes in priorities.
  • Experience with communications/marketing workflow and project management tools.
  • A track record of developing operational processes to drive efficiencies and optimizations.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels across the organization.
  • Experience managing external agencies, production vendors and budgets.
  • Strong collaborator.
  • Resourceful with keen problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • CPA certification Required

Additional Information


In support of the pay transparency laws enacted across the country, the expected salary range for this position is between $97,253.99 and $175,761.85. Actual pay will be adjusted based on job-related factors permitted by law, such as experience and training; geographic location; licensure and certifications; market factors; departmental budgets; and responsibility.
