Job description

The Director of Clinical Services will be responsible for ensuring that all clinical and counseling services are provided consistently and focused on
quality care. The Director of Clinical Services position involves being available to answer phones during off hours and weekends.

Duties include but are not limited to:

• The Director will work toward the goal of maximizing the efficient performance of the clinical

team. Responsibilities include oversight and management of Clinical Supervisors, supervisor
scheduling, facilitation of team meetings, oversight of contractually required case
reviews, conducting quality assurance testing and acting as a member of the management team.

• Provides training and oversight of Clinical Supervisors, maintains contractual and

certification supervision logs, and ensures that all other required documents are
submitted in a timely manner by supervisors.

• Provides review of clinical documentation, weekly group, and individual clinical supervision

to pre-licensed Masters level and/or para-professional staff who are working towards licensure at
the various agency sites.

• Maintain current knowledge of BBS regulations, various modalities of psychotherapy and

counseling, assessment and treatment techniques, criminal justice systems, and community resources
using in-service training, seminars, workshops, and publications.

• Uses clinical background to make strategic decisions and provide clinical guidance

and direction to clinical and management team to support the service excellence, including program
development, participation in grant development, development of policy and procedures, etc.

• In collaboration with the Director of Quality Assurance, assist in ensuring all clinical

practice follows all County, State, and Federal mandates, and the development and implementation of
clinical policies and procedures.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $90,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
