What You Will Achieve
The Pfizer Digital Client Partner will be accountable for partnering with Commercial colleagues on all digital matters, such as wearables, data, analytics, insights, social media, enterprise systems, customer experience, etc. The individual will operate as the liaison between the Chief Marketing Officer Business Unit and Pfizer Digital. The colleague in this role will require a broad understanding of the business, the strategic direction and related business needs which will further assist them in identifying and delivering new digital capabilities and Products.
How You Will Achieve It
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Point of contact for all digital matters.
  • Be a trusted digital consultant to business.
  • Advise on all aspects of digital and technology topics and trends, opportunities and internal Pfizer Digital capabilities.
  • Lead the digital strategy, priorities and business case creation with sponsors to achieve key business priorities.
  • Help shape all digital requests to ensure high value and strategic alignment.
  • Partner with the stakeholders (CMO global Leads) to manage successful execution of the digital strategy including solution adoption, scaling and business case achievement
  • Be proactive thought leaders partnering to drive the innovative use of digital to create value for our patients, all customers and the business.
  • Elicit and document clear business requirements.
Breadth and Depth of Knowledge
  • Is knowledgeable about the principles, concepts, and theories in pharma, may be familiar with marketing technology
  • Develops strategies for products and/or projects in serving the marketing organization and Biopharma more broadly
  • Uses knowledge of industry, customer requirements and general business environment to adapt and implement strategic actions for the Business Unit
  • Exhibits a high level of business knowledge and understanding of the external marketplace and anticipates customer requirements.

  • Actively shares knowledge with multiple functions in Digital and Biopharma through existing knowledge sharing processes/systems
  • Contributes to the development of organizational knowledge management processes/systems

  • Develops and leverages resources to implement innovative ideas/processes/ products across therapeutic areas
  • Takes appropriate risks to achieve desired results
  • Leads development of Digital POV across the CMO Digital team

  • Articulates business priorities that support the direction and strategy for the CMO organization and aligns digital projects to address areas of priority.
  • Identifies and operationalizes capabilities and products

  • Recommends courses of action to management that impact units within the CMO organization
  • Motivates indirect reports and delivers results for the CMO organization
Communication
  • Leverages a variety of communication tools and techniques to help colleagues understand how their work aligns to business priorities
  • Maintains an open communication environment to ensure the knowledge and expertise of PBG and CMO resources are leveraged.
Influencing Others
  • Informs senior management of decisions that have an impact on business direction within the CMO
  • Partners with CMO leadership to accomplish CMO objectives.
Qualifications
Must-Have
  • Bachelor's Degree in digital or related field
  • 10+ years ' experience in the pharma or aligned industry
  • Experience delivering innovative Digital solutions
  • Proven track record of establishing strong partnerships with senior stakeholders
  • Excellent interpersonal and communications skills
  • Strong client engagement, relationship management and program management skills
  • Financial acumen in Digital delivery
  • Ability to influence and work with cross functional teams to deliver complex projects
  • Candidate demonstrates a breadth of diverse leadership experiences and capabilities including: the ability to influence and collaborate with peers, develop and coach others, oversee and guide the work of other colleagues to achieve meaningful outcomes and create business impact
Nice-to-Have
  • Experience and/or background pharma, life sciences and/or marketing technology
  • Proven ability to manage and drive large transformation programs and orchestrate Digital delivery
  • Proven ability to manage financial goals, both in own area, and in support of a larger entity
  • Deep expertise on marketing practices, processes and platforms and in particular digital marketing platforms and best practices

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $144,900.00 to $232,200.00. In addition, this position offers an annual bonus with a target of 20.0% of the base salary and eligibility to participate in our share based long term incentive program. Benefits offered include a retirement savings plan, paid vacation, holiday and personal days, paid caregiver/parental and medical leave, and health benefits to include medical, prescription drug, dental and vision coverage in accordance with the terms and conditions of the applicable plans. Salary range does not apply to the Tampa, FL location.
Relocation assistance may be available based on business needs and/or eligibility.
