ROLE SUMMARY
It is an exciting time to join our Global Talent Solutions team as we advance Pfizer’s reimagined Career Growth and Collective Talent Management strategy with extensive change management, training, continuous development of enablers with a constant focus on listening, insight gathering, and co-creating.
Reporting to the Sr. Director, Talent Pipeline, the Collective Talent Pipeline Portfolio lead is responsible for advancing the reimagined talent management strategy and operationalizing a skills roadmap to cultivate a diverse talent pipeline across Pfizer at a global, regional, and local level.
ROLE RESPONSIBLITIES
  • Commit to grow Diverse Talent Pipeline of well-rounded leaders with breadth of experiences from multiple functions and with a holistic perspective of Pfizer by 2025
  • Use active listening and insight gathering to advance the Collective Talent Management solutions to promote an equitable opportunity to grow at Pfizer
  • Advance the talent data management functionality in Workday to provide actionable colleague growth and talent insights for leaders and PX
  • Equip HR teams to orchestrate functional and cross-functional collective talent sessions and to coach with #Courage regional and global leaders to grow others in non-linear careers
  • Equip and coach leaders and PX on assessing and growing the next generation of Pfizer leaders by amplifying talent assessment focus areas including PLI, diversity of experiences, ability to thrive in new situations, etc.
  • Proactively support non-linear career growth of Fast & Far talents by advocating for growth opportunities and making connections across the organization to nurture and grow zig-zag talent
  • Partner across GTS and PX teams to advance the assessment strategy to identify and grow talent across the organization
  • Expand Pfizer’s strategy on becoming a skills-first organization by adding skills as a foundational layer in Pfizer’s talent management architecture
  • Partner across GTS and PX teams to define framework on how to use skills at key moments that matter to ensure the organization has the has the right mix of talent with the skills, behaviors, and experiences needed to meet business objectives
  • Make the Collective Talent Management Strategy visible, measurable and transparent
  • Develop tools and processes to enable adoption and drive change management

Qualifications
  • Minimum 10 years’ experience creating, driving and leading business and/or people strategies
  • Exceptional understanding of Talent Management and/or Talent Pipeline practices and strategies
  • Holistic view of Pfizer reflected on a diverse set of key functional and leadership experiences
  • Extensive experience coaching Country, Regional and/or Global Leaders
  • Track record of successfully structuring and developing bold and innovative strategies from the ground up
  • Demonstrated experience leading in a matrix environment and rolling out a reimagination strategies from inception to successful implementation
  • Experience of managing in a client facing role with high levels of customer service and colleague experiences
  • Candidate demonstrates a breadth of diverse leadership experiences and capabilities including: the ability to influence and collaborate with peers, develop and coach others, oversee and guide the work of other colleagues to achieve meaningful outcomes and create business impact

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $144,900.00 to $232,200.00. In addition, this position offers an annual bonus with a target of 20.0% of the base salary and eligibility to participate in our share based long term incentive program. Benefits offered include a retirement savings plan, paid vacation, holiday and personal days, paid caregiver/parental and medical leave, and health benefits to include medical, prescription drug, dental and vision coverage in accordance with the terms and conditions of the applicable plans. Salary range does not apply to the Tampa, FL location.
Relocation assistance may be available based on business needs and/or eligibility.
