Job Summary: As Director of Client Sales Business Development, you will aggressively pursue new emerging accounts within medical device, CPG, pharmaceutical and other healthcare focused companies. You are stepping into a high value, highly visible piece of our business to expand and diverse our client base.

What You Will Do

  • This is a role that needs exceptional prospecting and closing skills, with a desire to grow the business after an initial campaign.
  • Become an expert in point of care and grow the existing book of business by nurturing current clients as well as identifying new opportunities
  • Leverage relationships both internally and externally to navigate the sales process and complex situations, knowing when to bring in senior support
  • Foster ongoing client relationships to maintain a strong renewal growth rate

What We Need

  • 5+ years of experience in sales
  • 5+ years' experience in pharmaceutical/healthcare media sales, agency account management, or digital marketing
  • Business development / revenue generation experience, proven success
  • A relationship builder – brining existing agency and/or pharmaceutical brand contacts to the role

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience in Ophthalmology industry

Base Salary band: $130,000 - $165,769.50
