Our client, a leading Level 3 Trauma Center in Laredo, TX, is seeking a highly qualified Emergency Services Director to join their team. In this role, you will oversee a 38-bed Emergency Department and manage a team of 78 full-time employees.

Salary for this position ranges from $98,000 - $135,000/year

$10,000 sign-on bonus and relocation assistance

Emergency Services Director Responsibilities:

• Provide direct supervision to nursing and support staff, and work closely with physicians and nurse practitioners to deliver patient care
• Emergency Services Director will plan, delegate, and coordinate patient care to ensure that high quality patient care is rendered
• Evaluate workflow and daily operations within the department
• Create a culture that ensures high quality patient care, improves employee engagement, and boosts morale
• Work in a fast-paced environment and effectively prioritize competing demands

Emergency Services Director Qualifications:

• BSN required, MSN preferred
• Active RN license in Texas
• 3-5 years of direct management experience in an Emergency Department setting
• Emergency Services Director will have strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills

Emergency Services Director Opportunity:

• Full-time, permanent position, M-F 8am - 5pm
• No call hours, but director is expected to respond to emergency situations that may fall outside of work hours
• Salary $98,000 - $135,000/year
• Incentive plan: 10% salary increase upon meeting revenue goals
