Job Description:
We are looking for fun, high-energy, and dedicated staff to work with our individuals during the day. The hours will be 8:00 AM - 3:00 PM Monday through Friday. You would work roughly 25 - 30 hours during that time. We spend 100% of our days in the community. We supervise clients on trips to Lagoon, watching movies, going swimming, taking small hikes, trips to the zoo, rides on Frontrunner, and more. Staff teach clients life skills and assist them in meaningful interactions in the community.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the supervision of young adults.
- Safety is always our #1 priority.
- Picking up individuals and transporting them to and from activities.
- Positive interaction with all of the clients in the program.
- Serve individuals from Draper to Clearfield.
- Maintain a fun, healthy, and comfortable living environment.
- Assist clients with daily living activities.
- Communicate progress on ongoing support goals.
- Transport 1-3 clients in your vehicle.
Qualifications:
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check.
- Must have reliable transportation.
- Clean Driving Record (please contact us for details).
- Must be able to obtain First Aid/CPR certification within 30 days.
- Experience helpful but not required.
