Job description

Now hiring full and part time Direct Support Professionals to support (caretaker) intellectually disabled adults in our residential facilities throughout the KC metro area. Duties include: light housekeeping, cooking basic meals, passing medications, assisting individuals with all areas of daily activity, and transporting individuals throughout the community. Compensation starts at $16.00 per hour, $17.00 per hour on weekends, plus mileage reimbursement when transporting, and annual retention bonuses.

Must be caring, reliable, and able to think on your feet. Must possess a high school diploma or GED and must be able to pass a background check. Some positions require a valid driver's license, and vehicle with insurance.

No experience necessary, we will provide all the required paid training.

Full time employees receive paid time off-
-7 paid holidays per year
-6 personal leave days per year
-One week of paid vacation upon completion of one year of employment / two weeks upon completion of two years

Full time employees can purchase group health, dental and vision insurance upon completion of a probationary period.

Upon completion of the probationary period, full time employees are provided, at no cost, an ancillary Accident/Injury/Hospitalization plan.

Upon eligibility, full and part time employees may participate in our 401k retirement plan with an employer match contribution.
