We are looking for a Direct Support Professional to join our team and provide assistance to individuals with disabilities. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing direct care, building relationships with clients, and helping them reach their goals. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, an understanding of the needs of individuals with disabilities, and the ability to work independently. This is a great opportunity to make a difference in the lives of those we serve.

Responsibilities:

• Assist individuals with daily living activities.
• Provide emotional support and guidance to individuals with disabilities.
• Help individuals develop life skills, such as communication, problem solving, and self-advocacy.
• Develop and implement individualized plans of care.
• Provide transportation to appointments and activities.
• Maintain accurate records of services provided.
• Ensure the safety of individuals in their care.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $16.75 - $18.50 per hour
