About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Digital Product Management Senior Manager within Consumer Data & Engagement Platforms (CDEP) as part of Consumer and Small Business Banking (CSBB). The Consumer Analytics Platform (CAP) Product Senior Manager will support the Head of the Consumer Analytics Platform and work in partnership with Line of Business (LOB) Leaders and Data Utility Product Managers and Owners to prioritize develop and deliver data availability required to enable Enterprise objectives. The Product Senior Manager will be responsible for owning and maintaining the strategic roadmap of data assets required to deliver LOB use cases and data utility priorities, drive delivery process efficiency across agile teams and executive reporting on portfolio execution status. The Product Senior Manager will work in a highly matrixed organization with the Head of the Consumer Analytics Platform, Product Managers, Product Owners, LOB Executives, and aligned Agile Scrum Teams.

In this role, you will:
  • Partner with key Business, Technology, Data Science, and Architecture leaders and cross-functional stakeholders to champion the Consumer Analytics Platform vision, guiding principles, prioritized use cases/end user experiences, high-level requirements and roadmap
  • Lead creation and implementation of standard executive level reporting for execution and operational process performance
  • Manage a team of analyst responsible for developing and maintaining delivery portfolio reporting for each line of business with and active book of work.
  • Engaging with Wells Fargo Technology and vendor support teams on technical/support issues or questions
  • Engaging with CDP peers to support downstream analytical and reporting needs
  • Managing engagement and resolution of self-identified issues requiring time bound resolution
  • Participate in Cross-Product sharing of best practices developed on or during initiative work
Required Qualifications:
  • 6+ years of Product Management, product development, strategic planning, process management, change delivery, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
  • 3+ years Management experience
Desired Qualifications:
  • Knowledge/ experience managing common data governance principles (metadata, lineage, etc)
  • Experience working in and leading Agile scrum teams and enabling tools (Jira/ Jira Align)
  • Experience with Cloud-first data architecture, such as Spring Cloud
  • Virtual leadership experience with ability to effectively drive results, provide feedback/direction, and manage and build relationships with leaders and team members in a geographically dispersed team environment, including internationally
  • Ability to think strategically, implement, and deliver business objectives
  • Ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, achieve goals, and work under pressure in a dynamic and complex environment
  • Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
  • Experience with data management best practices and disciplines including data governance, data architecture, data quality, analytics and business intelligence
  • Experience with Banking, Finance, Risk, Regulatory Reporting data platforms and technologies, and experience addressing data related requirements of internal stakeholder
  • Broad experience with Banking applications, products, technology architecture and systems integration experience in consumer and small business banking, consumer lending, and wealth and investment management
  • Experience with Marketing Technology platforms and business processes
  • Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills; proven ability to engage and influence senior technology and business executives
  • Driven, confident, organized and an accomplished problem solver
Job Expectations:
  • Ability to travel up to 25% of the time

Pay Range:

USA National - Pay Range: $144,400 - $300,000 Annually

May be considered for a discretionary bonus, Restricted Share Rights, or other long - term incentive awards.
