Job Purpose:

To produce, consult, report, and educate on various marketing related projects that support the management and marketing teams’ initiatives including advertising, promotion, and content creation. As the Digital Marketing Specialist, you will create and implement strategies that will drive the company’s ecommerce objectives. You will organize, develop, and execute website marketing plans.

Duties and responsibilities:

  • To oversee the Digital Advertising Program and the supporting channels including customer-facing website(s,) marketing automation (CRM,) email marketing, SEM, and digital signage systems.
  • Support the ecommerce website initiatives which includes reporting and launching of new products and promotions, help drive the increase of sales, increase user usage and increase the amount of new accounts across the platform.
  • Monitor overall website activity and content performance and determine metrics/reporting to evaluate engagement and ensure relevancy through SEO research.
  • Knowledgeable in web analytics (strategy, requirements, implementation, reporting) specifically with Google Analytics.
  • Creation of marketing assets to drive leads, attract, and retain customers (examples include printed literature, product videos, training videos, web content, etc.)
  • Execution of marketing campaigns, including setup, creation, deployment, analysis, and optimization.
  • Monitor market trends to adopt to our existing marketing strategy
  • Build and maintain modern, responsive, and high-quality web pages and applications.
  • Deliver analysis and reporting of campaigns periodically; communicate results and provide/implement improvement recommendations
  • Ensure marketing efforts align with brand guidelines and deliver value to target audiences. This includes the creation of standards that help identify and strengthen overall brand awareness
  • Support the rollout and adoption of new marketing technology platforms, features and capabilities, translating what’s new to improve marketing campaign configuration and delivery.
  • Organize marketing content and campaigns through companywide marketing calendar
  • Support & assist with other marketing activities as needed for the marketing department.

Qualifications:

  • BS/BSc in Communications, Marketing, or related field.
  • Past experience producing content for the web with familiarity in digital marketing programs.
  • Ability to analyze and present content and social performance.
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Time management and multitasking skills
  • Strong writing and verbal communication
  • Proficiency in MS Office, the Adobe Creative suite, and other content management software.
  • Experience with HTML/CSS and other web development languages.
  • Excellent written and oral communications skills.
  • Video editing is a plus

Working conditions

Primary responsibilities are performed in an office environment. Some travel to industry meetings and/or training will be required.

Physical requirements

Normal office environment using office equipment, sitting for prolonged periods of time, and walking around.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $45,000.00 per year
